What is it?
Mindfulness consultations are to assist clients in learning how to be more aware of themselves. My clients become aware of their thoughts, feels, and actions to make healthy, conscious decisions. Learning to calm yourself and be present at the moment, allows you to respond rather than react in life, making it easier to flow with life.
