What is it?
Mindfulness coaching is to assist clients in learning how to be more aware of themselves. When you learn how to be present in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors you can make healthy, conscious decisions, so you can respond to life rather than react to it.

Expect to be taken out of your comfort zone. Mindfulness work focuses on connecting with yourself on a deeper level. I will guide you in learning breathing exercises, meditation and grounding techniques to calm yourself and focus on your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the moment.
